Having over 45 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering for both the Automotive and Aerospace Industries.
Experienced in the specification and design of Special Purpose Machines, automated assembly and test cell. Fixturing, tooling and gauging for all types of components in Aluminum, Cast Iron, Brass and Stainless steel.
Multi-disciplined in modern, proactive manufacturing techniques for cellular manufacturing. Kaizen, JIT, Poka Yoke, SMED.
Skilled in manufacturing techniques with an emphasis on total quality, continuous improvement, six-sigma and lean manufacturing.
